More cool dudes!

Hi!
June Craft Stamper Take It Make It challenge is ongoing, and there's still plenty of time to enter. 'Anything Goes' and a wonderful stencil + stamp set prize to be won; really worth playing for, isn't it! Check out the challenge details *here*

For my second June project I took another image from the cool Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous 'Epic' stamp set. Those fun images just keep inspiring me! This time the stamped and coloured cool dude ended up on a inked size 8 tag:

I started with colouring a piece of white mixed media cardstock with Distress Oxide inks. Once the paper was dry I die-cut the tag and the red tag ring with my BigShot, and decorated the background with stamping and inking. The circle patterns are stamped with an inked and water-misted stencil.

In addition to the main image I glued down torn paper pieces, chipboards and paper numbers. This project was again a really fun collage project; oh how I love those!

The main image is lifted a bit from the background. Instead of using 3D foam stickers I used corrugated cardboard which is always a very affordable option :) I traced the image on the cardboard, and cut out, removing a 0,5 cm / 1/8 in border around the image. That was needed for hiding the cardboard properly under the main image.

I like how this tag turned out. But then again, with these cool hipsters you cannot go too wrong anyways ;)

If you're looking for more inspiration I suggest you hop over to Craft Stamper blog. The TIMI design team has put up a gorgeous set of projects for you. Follow *this link* to see them all!
