Easter bunnies!

Hi!
Last weekend my kids were already getting in the Easter mood. They started decorating the house for Easter, and we all were looking forward to the long Easter weekend. Their happy Easter enthusiasm was contageous, and I took out my new Sizzix Easter bunny die (Meadow Rabbit) and started playing with it.

First I created two Easter egg shaped card fronts:

After creating these cards I realized that the wonderufl Easter bunny die could be used for other projets, too!

I used the same die-cutting & collague technique for making two ATC cards:

Then I made a new page in my art journal:

The basic technique was always the same: First I created the base for the collage card by die-cutting the image from green cardstock. Then I re-cut the image again from pink, purple, brown and yellow cardstocks, cut the pieces out with scissors (rabbit and flowers), and glued them on top of the green die-cut background.
For the finishing touches I used a white gel pen.

It was fun to see how easily an Easter die could be used for different types of spring themed projects. Versatile products are so fun to work with!

Hope you like my projects; I would be happy to read your comments :)

Wishing you a wonderful day!
Hugs,
