Birthday cards using layered stamping technique

Hi!
March is here, and so is a new Craft Stamper Blog Challenge! As usual, 'Anything Goes', as long as you've used stamping somewhere on your project.
Our amazing sponsor this month is Donna Gray, designing for That's Crafty. One ramdomly chosen lucky winner will get two beautiful stamp sets by Donna Gray:

Our Design Team will also vote for their favourite project. The Design Winner of the challenge will have their project featured in Craft Stamper magazine, along with a profile and a GDT slot on the Craft Stamper blog. How cool is that!
Read the challenge guidelines here, and link your project to the challenge post. Good luck!

My March project is a birthday card I made using simple layered stamping technique:

Creating stamped layers is easy: You need to start from the image that you want to appear on top, and continue working backwards.
First I stamped the party hat on the card front and repeated the image on a post-it note. I cut out the post-it note hat, placed it on the stamped hat on the card front, and stamped the bird. Then covered the bird with a post-it note replica, and stamped the branches and flowers. Done!

For coloring I used my Promarkers, and for stamping Memento 'Tuxedo Black', my absolute favourite when coloring with alcohol markers.

I made two cards on the same go, using different colors for the frames:

Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
Thanks for stopping by in my blog ❤.
